What if a scene doesn't look like them?

Every film passes a likeness review before delivery, and your revisions exist exactly for this. If it isn't them, we reshoot the scene.

Can I change the structure of a standard film?

The standard films are standard on purpose — a set recipe is what makes them fast and affordable. If you'd like something different — extra people, another language, a different story shape — that's a custom commission: email us, we'll quote it individually, and it will take longer because real producers get involved. Honestly? We usually recommend the standard film. It's the fastest, most affordable way to make everyone cry.

Can you have it ready for a service this week?
